Rating plate finder
When you contact our Service department you should have the product number (e-no.) and the manufacturing date (FD) of your appliance at hand. You can find these on a sticker on your appliance. Our rating plate finder shows you where you can find the sticker on your appliance. Simply use the drop-down menu to select the product category and subcategory.
Manufacturer warranty
Junker provides a 24-month manufacturer warranty on all new built-in appliances*. This means you are in safe hands if a defect occurs in spite of high quality and high-performance technology.
